Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy

- deposits may be non-refundable
- cancellations made close to the start date may be subject to partial or total loss of payment
- no refunds are provided for unused services or early departure
If a retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, alternative dates or credit for future participation may be offered.
We strongly recommend participants obtain travel insurance.

Participants must:

No refund will be provided in such cases.
